ELI Activities & Trips

Every session, ELI students take part in field trips and activities around Baltimore and the East Coast.  Students can visit regional cities including Downtown Baltimore, Annapolis, Ocean City, Washington D.C., New York City and Philadelphia.  The ELI also hosts movie and game nights along with other activities and events for our entire community!

The ELI organizes cultural and social events on UMBC’s campus for ELI students including international holiday gatherings, game days and sporting events.  The ELI is also a major part of International Education week inviting its students to showcase their own cultures.

ELI students can take part in other clubs on campus here at UMBC.  Student clubs are a great way to learn more about UMBC and meet people with similar interests.
